Project Management

Our project management adheres to PRINCE II and Agile methodologies. We ensure stakeholders are fully engaged within the project and are included in the project governance throughout.

Agile and Waterfall Methodologies

Our open and collaborative approach ensures we manage project deliveries efficiently, whether it is Waterfall/Agile using clear set deliverables for all parties that are engaged. When managing any project, we follow a lean process and can therefore minimise wastage whilst ensuring that the project remains on the critical path at all times. Programme Management

When executing the programme, we will manage each of the individual work streams / tranches through risk-based analysis to ensure that they are delivering against time and budget, as well as continuously assessing whether the programme continues to remain in accordance with the pre-agreed business case. This involves evaluating the scope on an ongoing basis via a comparison with the prescribed outcomes in order to verify whether the programme remains tangible and viable. We develop a detailed communications and engagement plan with senior stakeholders, as well as providing ongoing reporting through the use of our best practice dashboards which ensure that each project follows best methodology that will secure the success of the programme. We pride ourselves on our ability to foster a collaborative environment both with customers and 3rd party suppliers. Our success has enabled a number of successes within the Government Shared services platform SOP. 

PMO Service

As part of our PMO service, we provide a best practice toolkit and framework that encompasses a variety of methodologies (including scrum, agile, ITIL, Kanban, and PRINCE II) which has therefore been tried and tested in a variety of industries / sectors to enable consistent reporting across all workstreams / tranches within a programme. This ensures that robust governance principles are being followed throughout and that the necessary programme documentation is maintained and accessible at all times.

 

Our approach to governance is managed with rigour to a very high level of quality. We deliver a complete project reporting suite utilising all the project tools available and consolidating outcomes into a BI reporting framework. The client is able to use these best practice PMO toolkits and frameworks for future use and is therefore able to improve their knowledge of PMO operations on a continued basis. We also ensure that any knowledge or skills gained during the programme / project is transferred to the client in order to aid their further development. We have proven experience in delivering both Technical PMO services that provides guidance, mentoring and controlling all tranches, workstreams and projects with in a programme.
