We have proven ERP Service Design, Transition and Optimisation experience with long running programmes across central government and the private sector.

 

We can help customers complete and assessment of their requirements (a single or hybrid business solution model including cloud or on-premise hosting), create the business case having evaluated alternative solutions.

As part of the outline and full business case creation (operating to Green Book standards) we will interview all stakeholders and take them on the journey to firstly define all the available options and then secondly work through the cost model and business change estimates for each solution. We will then package and present the outcome through the appropriate governance.

 

We will collaboratively agree the project approach with the business and plan the route to a successful implementation. We have significant experience in supporting the business in the delivery of a new technical solution.

 

Any Cloud solution will require more emphasis on business change to align business processes to the chosen solution. We will work with each business areas to assess the level of change and produce a detailed plan on how success can be achieved. We can help in creating detailed communications and training materials to support the business.

 

The service management approach will also be impacted with either a new or a refined service catalogue supported by a reporting dashboard and detailed metrics to measure and manage the service against the agreed SLA’s and KPI’s.

As part of our technical solution, we can:

  • Facilitate the system design process, define the business change activities (key for Cloud solutions)

  • Review all existing Technical and Functional documentation

  • Validate the Data Migration Approach that ensures the supplier’s proposal is fit for purpose

  • Work with the client to facilitate ERP database upgrades that incorporate all testing phases

  • Work with 3rd party suppliers to manage changes to adopt the technical solution

  • Use our technical ERP license expertise to aid your commercial functions to  maximise the returns of the licenses and ensure any audit requests can easily be fulfilled

  • Ensure the cloud license solution can meet the future requirements

  • Identify and develop detailed test scripts and scenarios, providing an end to end managed testing service with entry and exit gates

  • Work with all interface providers and internal infrastructure services to ensure the new solution is compliant
